Good luck.  I've had almost no luck with this whatsoever, and I've been 
trying for years.
Soulseek has been the best so far, probably because people that listen 
to wacky electronic music are sometimes the same people that listen to 
wacky classical music.  I've found quite a bit of Xenakis on Soulseek, 
actually.

But it's definitely slim pickings.
