Hi, Just a short note to say I highly recommend Rushhour's service too. They've always been fantastic, so they might just have had a little blip - no need to worry on that score. also just a quick note to UK 313 peeps - If you ever get a chance to attend one of these 'black music collectors fairs'. Grab the opportunity with both hands. Awesome selection of very rare US stuff - 12's and LPs - I don't think I've ever seen such a selection. I got an email back from them two weeks ago asking for my CC, saying my order was ready, and I haven't received anything yet. I tried emailing them 3x but no response.. Anyone else have experience with them? Yeah... never had any problems with them... but last week they also asked me to mai lmy Credit Card number, wich I didn´t do.. Because anyone listening on port 25 of my computer, could intercept some TCP packages. So I called them... and there Erik told me that he had my credit card number and there were no problems. I had a problem with a shipment not long ago and they were really helpful arranging a re-delivery, despite a bit of email confusion when mail order duties transitioned from Marsel to Erik. Top store IMHO. I'd suggest emailing Erik again, as he is still pretty new to this role I think. I agree. Marsel is sussed enough to know you shouldn't be e-mailing CC numbers. They asked my to phone or fax mine a while back and have just kept it on file since... Sounds a bit dodgy. But when I called him, I told him some stuff about computer networks, authentisation and security.
