After looking at David Elsewhere Bernal's videos (including the VW GTI
commercial) I want to watch some more

I used to have a bunch of sites bookmarked that had b-boy/girl teams -
 mostly pop lock stuff
seems like these websites have a short lifespan as they've all gone 404

I know there's a lot of dance groups out on the West Coast -
I can't recall the exact name but there was one group of about five or six
guys called Demon Eyez or something
they had a few changes in their name over the year but I do recall one
clip
of them wearing those silver firefighter outfits and doing a routine to a
 wicked electro track
They would always wear masks - one of the coolest groups I've seen in the
 last five or so years

So, if you're holding any links to any electro funk/hip-hop dance groups
 please pass them on

I think I just recalled the name: Demons of the Mind (although I think they
spelled it differently)

did they split into two different groups? I found a B-boy summit listing
them and Medea Sirkas - which I thought was one of their former names.
