Re: (313) second best
It doesn't have to be like that, but it's hard to overcome the fact that you have your whole life to come up with the first record, and a year or less to come up with your second, if you want to perpetuate a 'career.' Artists second albums aren't their best. Many times they are the WORST! It's called the "sophmore slump." Some artists never record an album again after that. ~David -- Original Message - Subject: (313) second best Date: Fri, 25 Feb 2005 13:58:18 +0100 From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "313" <313@hyperreal.org> since it's friday - just listening prefuse 73' second album, "one word.. Re: (313) second best
yeah, i look to 69 and Psyche as compilations they were not made as solo albums anyway i found lfo album first best, not second, or third h
Re: (313) second best
Besides, wouldn't the 69 album come first (by a few months)? And then Landcruising, and then the Psyche / BFC album? I guess it all depends on how you look at things... Francis. Always felt 'more songs' was too artistic for my tastes - I have to check if that still holds tonight (before Tikiman live!). -k
