Since you guys are taking about Chicago for a sec I thought I'd throw
this
one out. Anyone know of any other Vincent Floyd releases besides
Cactus
Juice and Chan Your Eyes? Or even better, anyone know what ever
happened
  to Vincent?

Talk about a man ahead of his time...

well, i have on ep by mr Floyd, but i don't know if it's the same guy.
Vincent Floyd - The Magic ep on Subwoofer/Freetown, 1996

 tracks:

 Get closer
 I need you
 I am
 Strange Pleasure

records says Written and Produced by Floyd Walker, additional keyboards
by Jordan Fields and Robert Alexander

i'd say the ep is nice deep(ish) chicago house..

Yep, I messed up names, I checked my copy last night and it is of course
Dion Williams :-) RD Isn't Duane Harden the person who sang the vocals
for Armand's You Don't Know Me:-) Ciao, Joel - Original

The track Just Like Heaven received a fabulous remix treatment by Armando
and Mike Dunn on Muzique Records. RD

Oh yes...He came back in the mid-90's releasing one EP on Relief and he
did one f**ked up 12 on X-rated records, Stooge swing. It was a 3 track
EP, kinda like mescaline-fuelled trax... I can't remember what else he did
around '94-95, must've been something...

Another great old DM artist that I would like to hear today is Victor Romeo.

And oh yes: Your eyes kix azz. Rumour has it that there is a naughty
bootleggy cover version of it on one of Sähkö's less illegal records;)
