[389-users] DS multimaster replication host crashed, will not restart

HI All
one of our multmaster DS crashed over the weekend and will not restart , ther 
are no errors reported in DS  errorlog  here are details:
OS:

[389-users] Re: ldap perfomance

This does not justify this since running 1 tread takes  0.1564msec/op and 
running 10 threads takes 0.0590ms/op and the last one will require the 
access.log to be flush more frequently  I think for 10 threads and  I do not  
see  the spike  in exec time showed for 1 thread. Maybe something else ?

[389-users] Re: Multimaster replication + one way replication Q

 William , thank you for feedback ,  2 years ago when I set up 389-DS 
multi-mater replication with Memberof plugin I was advised by people on this 
list to use fractional replication (we were seeing strange behavior)  : to 
exclude Memberof plugin from replication,  your  reply  here mentioned I do not 
need that  anymore , is this  correct ? I am a bit confuse , if I should 
reconsider my replication configuration and use full replication for multi 
-master ?
 Here is my  present 389-DS version , your feedback much appreciate!

[389-users] 389 LDAP training

Hi   LDAP Users.
I'm new to LDAP world, I'm coming from a DBA backgroundand looking for 
advise in getting some very decent good quality LDAP /389DS or open 
LDAP  training from a professional IT vendor .

Would you please make some suggestion, I would prefer west coast N. America.
