Somebody is answering the phones and he tells me that Herr Heubach is there but he is talking on the phone and I should call back in 10 or 15 minutes. I call back and he isn't there, or he's still on the phone ... so there are at least 2 people in the office! Pat, Wow, I can safely state I've never experienced this with them. As far as I know, there may only be 2 or 3 people in the company, so it's possible Christian is on holiday.
