The latest one is 0.45.1
which contains important bug fixes and functions (like blur, which is

I did it already a few days ago, the package is the backport repo:
http://apt.64studio.com/backports/pool/main/i/inkscape/
however I did not included it in the 1.4.0 because it was not yet
tested, I'm now going to migrate it to the testing branch.
