  This letter is being sent on behalf of Retina India, a registered
  Charitable Trust, which is an umbrella organization
  dedicated to research and treatment of retinal disorders,
  with additional focus to promote public health awareness,
  education and advocacy in the field of retinal disorders 
  
  that can lead to visual impairment. 
  You are cordially invited
  to attend a open discussion forum being conducted by Retina
  India for the benefit of patients with retinal disorders and
  their families. Retinal ailments include retinitis
  pigmentosa and its allied disorders, macular degeneration,
  diabetic retinopathy, retinopathy of prematurity, etc. The
  meetings will be attended by some of the trustees of Retina
  India. During the meeting, details of the objectives of
  Retina India will be discussed, while the open forum will
  allow attendees to discuss what they wish Retina India
  should do to offer help to the patients and their families.
  In addition, during the meeting, two of the trustees (Dr
  Rajat Agrawal, an Ophthalmologist & Retinal Surgeon
  based in Los Angeles, and Dr Kumaramanickavel, an Ophthalmic
  Geneticist based in Chennai) will discuss on 
  
  the latest advances in the field of clinical and genetic
  variations in retinal diseases, and the newer treatments.

lectures in english. in the main list there is only one visually  challenged 
candidate qualified. he has already declined his post since he is working 
elsewhere. so we would like to know what could be the future procedure  with

Actually I wanted to see the whole text of the judgement to come to a
conclusion.However, based on little information available in the news paper
report,  I will have a different opinion.

The word  *"Reserved Candidates like SC, STs, OBCs"* indicates that the word
is not exhaustive but only indicative and would deem to include all reserved
candidates including the Persons with Disabilities.

This citation must be utilised in the favour of disability cases, if the
need arises. Also we could ask the DOPT to issue a clarification through
memorandum regarding this. They would be bound to issue a memorandum on the
issue in light of Supreme Court judgement as it is.

according to freedomscientific and my personal experience video
intercept should be install properly otherwise jaws may creat problems
while working so go to this link and download freedomscientific video
intercept by the freedomscientific website link:

after finish the download, just run the excuteable file and restart the computer

court!
The world of implicits and implications is the world of literature and 
psychology and not of law.
