Re: [AI] Which is the most accesible version of Visual Studio?

2013-05-12 Thread Zujar Shabbir Kanchwala
Most versions of Visual Studio are accessible. For C/C++, you can make
use of Visual C++ too. Visual Studio is an integrated development
environment bundled with intellisense, compilation, debugging,
deployment and several other features. The current release is
Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 which I haven't had an opportunity to
explore, I have worked with VS 2010 and earlier versions. You may need
MSDN subscription to download licensed copy of the software or may
make use of the express version for learning purposes.

2013-05-12 Thread mukesh jain
hello,
in fine reader, just activate the submenu open/read images... select
these extracted images using file location dialog box that opens.
after completion of reading/recognizing process these images, go to
process menu once again and choose the option send to submenu\send all
pages or selected pages whichever option you want as per your choice
and select the desired format in which you want to convert these
images to such as, ms word, html, pdf, excel etc. doing so will open
these images in to selected format which can be red by standard
navigation keys.
hope that helps.

Hi,

You use the file open dialog box and ask your OCR to recognize the images.
If there is text in the images, then you will be able to read said text.

[AI] FIAPF to focus on copyright issues relating to the visually impaired

2013-05-12 Thread Vishnu Ramchandani
The annual general assembly of the International Federation of Film
Producers Associations (FIAPF) being held in Cannes this month will
discuss the issues of access to public works by visually impaired
persons and persons with print disability.

FIAPF First vice president T P Aggarwal, auditor L Suresh and executive
committee member Supran Sen will attend the meeting on 18 May.

This year's general assembly assumes particular significance as apart
from the other items, there will be discussions on the key issues and
challenges for world-wide film producer community.

Among the key issues, the most important is the focus on the diplomatic
conference at Marrakech (Morocco) on the access to public works by
visually impaired persons and persons with print disability.
FIAPF will also be participating in the World Intellectual Property
Organization (WIPO) conference which will be held during the
third-fourth week of June.

The earlier three-day intensive discussion between WIPO member states on
the proposed new international legal instrument on limitations and
exceptions for the blind and print impaired failed to reach a clear
consensus.

WIPO will take a final call on the matter at Marrakech. A large number
of countries including India will participate at the Marrakech
conference.

Regards,
Vishnu
