If you think this is youtube's official site, then you're mistaken. And this
site only allows you to download files in video format like 3gp, mp4 with
different resolutions.

Hi Umairji,

I tried your trick like went to youtube and searched for "ashiqui II"
then below searched for a full song namely, "tum hi ho". You can type
"ashiqui II" in search edit box and then directly find for "full song"
then the song started playing.

At the same time I pressed alt + d and added "ss" before y of youtube but no
avail.

Then I separately after adding ss pasted the url in address box. This time I
got download button but after pressing it, nothing is happening.

Pl. gide as your method looks super easy.

Following is the link which I copied when the song started playing.
However, it somehow doesn't mention anything about the song in the url it
self.

story. We would really appreciate it if you could share a link to this
video with your friends and family, letting them know how NVDA has
helped you, and telling them that donations will help us to keep NVDA
going. Any donation, big or small, makes a difference to us and we thank
you in advance. Of course, if you know any companies who might be in a
position to sponsor us, definitely pass the video link on and have them
get in touch with us. Thanks again everyone for your fantastic loyalty
and support, which makes what we do so rewarding. A direct link to the

I think you are asking relating to any advertisement where along with
several reserved vacancies it is showing -1 post for blind or low
vision.
As for as i could understand ur question, it mean 1 post is reserved
for blind or low vision, any one who is blind or partially blind can
be appointed against this post after fulfilling other requirements
such as written test or interview. If u have any spesific question in
your mind in this regard, you are welcome to be explicit.

 Adding attachments
To add attachments, you use the three controls which are between the
subject: and message edit boxes: The Attachments edit box, the Browse
button, and the Attach More Files button. If you want to attach only a
 single file to a message:

Move to the Browse button which immediately follows the Attachments:
edit box. Press the button using SPACEBAR or ENTER.
A Choose File dialog opens, which has the same format as a standard
Open dialog. Select a file, and press ENTER.
You are returned to the Compose page, with the focus on the Browse
button. Jaws reads the full path of the file that has been entered
into the Attachments edit box. (Rather than browsing you can just type
the full path of the filename into the edit box, but browsing is
 normally easier.)

If you want to attach multiple files to a message:

Press the Attach More Files button.
You are taken to a page which has the title Attach Files. The main
content section of the page contains:
 Done and Cancel buttons
A table with 2 columns and 10 rows. Each row is made up of an edit box
 and a Browse button.
Attach More Files button. If you really want to attach more than 10
 files.
 Done and Cancel buttons
The easiest way of selecting files to attach is to use the Browse
buttons, so there's no need to go into Forms mode on this page. Move
to the first Browse button — using the quick navigation key B is one
way to get there. Then follow the instructions which are given above
 for attaching a single file.
To attach the other files just move to the next browse button a repeat
 the procedure.
When you're finished attaching files, move to one of the Done buttons,
 and press it.
You're returned to the Compose Mail page. Above the Attachments edit
box there are now a series of checkboxes for the attached files.

 HTH!

[AI] Is Mozilla Firefox 21 A 'Healthy' Browser?

2013-05-15 Thread Ravindra Jadhav
Datamation
14 May 2013 | Sean Michael Kerner

Mozilla is out with the Firefox 21 open source browser release today,
fixing at least 8 security vulnerabilities, three of which are rated
as being critical. The new release also provides new features that –
depending on your viewpoint – could either improve or reduce user
privacy.

One of the new features in Firefox 21 is the Health Report. Mozilla
first began talking about the health report in September of 2012 as a
non-invasive reporting mechanism. The report is intended to deliver
information to users about the 'health' of the browser and its
components. The report also shares that data with Mozilla.

Johnathan Nightingale, VP of Firefox Engineering at Mozilla, explained
to Datamation that Firefox Health Report is enabled by default in
Firefox 21.

"Firefox users who don't want to send health data to Mozilla can
disable the data sending either from the health report itself, or from
the 'Data Choices' section in the Firefox options window," Nightingale
said. "Users who turn off the data will still be able to see their own
browser health information."

Firefox 21 also includes an update to Mozilla's Do Not Track cookie
mechanism. In the Firefox 21 release, users will now have three
choices: “Do Track,” “Do Not Track,” and “No Preference."

"From its inception, we have built Do Not Track as an expression of
intent," Nightingale said. "By default, we don't send a header at all,
'No Preference', because we don't know the user's intent."

He added that the user can choose to express a preference either for,
or against, tracking and from that point forward Firefox will express
that decision to every site they visit. Mozilla's most recent data
shows 17 percent of US users enabling DNT.

Performance
Performance is an area that Mozilla is constantly pushing with each
new Firefox release, and Firefox 21 is no exception. Nightingale said
that new graphics subsystem changes in Firefox 21 should give the
browser performance wins on mobile and desktop.

Mozilla developers are now also currently working on the new
OdinMonkey JavaScript engine for a future release of Firefox. "We're
currently testing OdinMonkey on pre-release, but the optimizations it
makes for asm.js code are going to change the world of gaming,"
Nightingale said.

The asm.js JavaScript library enables code to run at native speeds.
It's is already being used to enable the Epic gaming engine for
in-browser games.

Security Updates
On the security front, Mozilla has issued three critical security
advisories with the Firefox 21 release. All three deal with memory
related vulnerabilities and exploitations.

Some of the flaws were reported by Google security researchers using
the open source Address Sanitizer tool.

"Security researcher Abhishek Arya (Inferno) of the Google Chrome
Security Team used the Address Sanitizer tool to discover a series of
use-after-free, out of bounds read, and invalid write problems rated
as moderate to critical as security issues in shipped software,"
Mozilla states in its advisory. "Some of these issues are potentially
exploitable, allowing for remote code execution."

[AI] Top South Mumbai Stores A Nightmare For The Disabled

2013-05-15 Thread shahnaz

Top South Mumbai Stores A Nightmare For The Disabled.

http://www.indianexpress.com/news/top-south-mumbai-stores-a-nightmare-for-disabled-activists/1116011/

DESPITE the state government's stringent guidelines to ensure the physically
challenged have access to basic infrastructure facilities, a recent accident
has brought to fore how even plush showrooms in the city blatantly disregard
these norms.
Earlier this month, Malini Chib, 47, who suffers from cerebral palsy, had gone
to Westside at Fort. She wanted to visit the women's apparel section on the
first floor. With no elevator or a ramp, she and her friend took the escalator.
Both met with an accident, with Chib suffering cuts and bruises on her
shoulder, waist and arms. Her friend suffered back injury.
"In all accessibility guidelines, it is a rule that staircases be located
adjacent to the escalator if that is the primary means of transport between
floors. It may also be necessary to provide an elevator next to an escalator
for wheelchairs and disabled people," said Chib's mother Mithu Alur, who is the
founder-chairperson of Spastics Society of India (now known as ADAPT).
"Since none of these facilities was available, Malini was forced to use the
escalator. Westside's callous attitude is only a reflection of other buildings
in south Mumbai. While making money, these stores should also think of client
welfare," Alur said.
A Westside spokesperson said, "Our stores are located inside malls, which are
better equipped with facilities for the disabled. The store at Kala Ghoda is
housed in a heritage building. We will consult with our advisors on how we can
accommodate the right facilities."
Mumbai Heritage Conservation Committee chairman V Ranganathan said it is not
difficult to make alterations inside heritage buildings. "If and when they make
an application to the heritage committee, we will fast-track it on humanitarian
grounds," he said.
According to the 1995 Persons with Disability Act, all public places should be
accessible to people with disabilities, including those on wheelchairs.

Re: [AI] Planning to buy a USB keyboard

2013-05-15 Thread mukesh jain
hello,
don't know whether such kind of keyboards exists both with USB
interface and bluetooth. but there are also wireless keyboards
available for several models. but considering your purpose to keep
this keyboard in your laptop bag, i can suggest you one good keyboard
i.e. rapoo ultra slim mini wireless keyboard E9070 which is 14.5 inch
in length which fits in all most standard laptop bags. the cost of
such keyboard can be approximately to rs.1950. this keyboard has good
battery back up for nearly 24 months and comes with 1 year
manufacturer warranty.

there are several such good keyboards but can only be suggested
considering the price range.
thanks,
mukesh.

 hello,
it depends on your requirement such as, what size you are looking
for, price range of your purchase, etc.

apart from the popular brands such as, logitech, microsoft, Iball,
there are several new brands coming up in the market with more added
functionality such as, ultra slim features, bluetooth interface etc.
you may choose anyone from adcom, callmet, rapoo etc which has good
 performance.
 thanks,
 mukesh.

Re: [AI] How to stop iPhone from shifting output voice to speaker while on call

2013-05-15 Thread Sagar Sodah
About wearing the headset, one difficulty i have faced is the phone goes on
'Speaker' mode. That is the output of voice comes in the ear phones itself
but the mic records everything, instead of focussing on my voice.

In speaker mode the mic records everything generally but when the phone is
close to the ear, the mic follows the main voice that is it filters out
background voice. Is there anyway to ensure that happens even when the
phone is not next to my ear and my earphones are connected?

Re: [AI] How to stop iPhone from shifting output voice to speaker while on call

2013-05-15 Thread Sagar Sodah
Reading other replies, i guess i should explain a little more.

Firstly, this is perfectly normal, nothing abnormal in it.

When on a call the phone screen either has the keypad, or has six buttons.
Three on top and three below. The one on top right, is the Speaker option
which would have been selected if your speaker starts suddenly mid call.
You can simply select and tap it to switch it off.

As Rahul said, you can simply pull the phone away and take it back to your
ear. It is the fastest way to get back to handset mode.

Hope this helps :)

Re: [AI] Planning to buy a USB keyboard

2013-05-15 Thread akhilesh
Hi,
The best keyboard available at very afordable range is:
Dell USB 104 Quiet Key
you can check features and price here.
http://www.flipkart.com/usb-104-quiet-key/p/itmd38z8ymxpatm3
it seems that flipkart is selling it too high.
explore other options such as snapdeals and homeshop18.

iPhones have a sensor that detects if someone is having the phone
closer to their ears or away depending on which it turns on the
speaker phone. Either you should keep it to the ears or wear the
headset.

[AI] How to stop iPhone from shifting output voice to speaker while on call

2013-05-15 Thread ss sarfudeen
Hello,

I have experienced the same problem and did check with an iPhone
technical expert who told me that it is a default feature of the
iPhone and no change can be done to this. When this problem arises, ,
you only have to shift the phone closer to your ear back again.

Regards,

Sultana
