Re: [AI] Comments onan order passed by CAT i
Dear friends, I fully endorse the views of Mr. Pincha. His observations are correct and we all should jointly work for the cause. AICB has taken the initiative and now NFB is working further to correct the order of CAT by review petition. Finally the aim is to benefit the blind community. [AI] BGFI May 2016 Session - Disability Laws and Policies
Dear All, Greetings from Blind Graduates' Forum of India (BGFI)! We thank you all for you support and participation in the knowledge sharing session last month on Neuro-Linguistic Programming. For this month's knowledge sharing session, we invite you to an interactive session with Advocate Uday Warunjikar, who will talk to us about laws and policies for the disabled persons. This session would cover the rights of a disabled person, the various laws and policies that pertain to people with disability and also about judicial activism. Should a school refuse admission to a child with a disability, or if a ramp or other means of access is lacking? What can you do if it does? Do you know that the allotment of land in India is made at concessional rates to people with disabilities for housing, business, special schools, factories with entrepreneurs who experience disabilities, and recreation centers? To know the answers to all these questions and many many more that must be on your mind, please take some time out from your busy schedule to attend this month's session. Details of the Event: Date: Saturday, May 28, 2016 Time: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Venue: Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan basement hall, Jagannathrao Bosale Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021 - opposite Mantralay. Re: [AI] Wanted to know about filling railway reservation form in computer and use print out
Many thanks for pointing it out. I had just not closed the template. It is uploaded again and should work. Thanks again for the feedback. -Original Message- From: AccessIndia [mailto:accessindia-boun...@accessindia.org.in] On Behalf Of Mohib Anwar Rafay Sent: 14 May 2016 10:11 To: AccessIndia: a list for discussing accessibility and issues concerning the disabled. Subject: Re: [AI] Wanted to know about filling railway reservation form in computer and use print out Prashant sir, I want to give my feedback after you modified this reservation templet following my suggestion. 1. At the first step while selecting transaction, alt down arrow is not working, rather the cursor is jumping to next element. 2. Same case is with the second element also while selecting whether you want to avail senior citizen concession. 3. at the place where it is given to enter train no. and date of journey, there is no edit box, pressing tab add is adding spaces extending cursor by few inches. 4. No where edit boxes are working. So please correct the templet. Its a great work, but need some improvement. . On 5/13/16, Rohiet A.
