2016-06-21 Thread Mukeshkumar Kumar
To have an accessible guidelines in accessibility testing you can go ahead
with W3C guideline and there is a website called W3C School you can read
and get good material over there even if you want to read more you can go

Hi,
NCERT books can be downloaded from the below site:

Follow below steps:
1. After selecting class, subject and book title chapter wise links
will appear for the selected book.
2. Click on the chapter you wish to download or you can open in new
tab by right clicking.
3. Now in the opened page at the top you will find 'download' which is
a clickable item. On clicking that PDF file of that chapter will open

Dear Rajesh Asudani,

Your concern is a valid one; the NCERT website isn't as easy to download from

However, all is not lost!

You can still download from the website.

But in order for me to show you how to download, we will have to speak on the
phone because now the procedure is a bit more complicated.

My contact information is as follows.

[AI] Has anybody on AccessIndia used this Dell model?

2016-06-21 Thread Saaqib Mahmuud
Hi AccessIndia mates?

How's it going?
Having used an Intel Celeron Pentium 4 computer with Windows XP since April
2004, I have now decided to upgrade and have pinpointed the Dell Inspiron 17
laptop computer, with a  5759 6th Generation Intel Core i5 6200U proeceeor, 8
GB of RAM, and 1 TB of hard disk storage.

Here's the URL of the page containing info about the device.

http://www.dell.com/us/p/inspiron-17-5759-laptop/pd?oc=fncwu2434s&model_id=inspiron-17-5759-laptop
Has anybody over here used this particular computer, or any other Dell Inspiron
PC?

If so, what has your experience been like? Are you satisfied with the
performance?

How much is it --- I mean the brand new one --- worth nowadays in India?

Does the performance justify the price?
Regards.

Saaqib

Subject: [AI] Indoor navigation solutions such as beacons?

Dear All,

Do we have anyone here who has explored indoor navigation solutions such as
beacons? How is the cost of beacons, how much and what kind of information can
be stored, are there devices providing more than 30 meters range?

Can a device like beacon be useful if there are 2-3 floors? Or are there other
technological solutions which can be used in conjunction with stick to receive
correct information?

Since I am open to consider solutions other than beacons, I thought it fit to
post here, otherwise beacons as one solution could have been a threat for mobile
list.

Look forward for your inputs.

Regards,
Amar Jain

Subject: [AI] unable to login to cable broadband using samsung galaxy j1

dear all, hope every thing is fine out there. friends i am back with another
query. i am using cable broadband, and all of you might be aware that the
cable internet requires login id and password in order to use the internet.
friends i can login to my broadband with my moto g gen 1 easily. as there is
an option called "sign in to wifi network" appears in my notification panel.
when ever i tap on it, it takes me to the homepage of my broadband, where i
have to use my cridentials to use the internet.
but in samsung galaxy j1, the case is different. in this device i can not
see any notification like motorola.
i have use chrome to login to my broadband, although it takes me to my
broadband home page, but i was fail to login to my broadband. after giving
the credentials i receive the error "you are using your mobile in offline
mode" and i was presented by several instructions such as tern off the
flight mode etc. etc.
so friends, is there any way to get rid of login every time? because this
mobile is with my wife and she is not computer friendly so she will not be
able to login using pc if the connectivity fails.
your reply is awaited.
with thanks and regards gufran ahmed
