This email is in response to the issues raised by you with regards to
visually impaired users.
In this regard we wish to inform that presently we are providing various
financial services through Paytm app, PPBL branch at Noida, U.P and
thousands of business correspondents spread across India. For visually
impaired users we are providing assisted services for KYC, account opening,
cash deposit and withdrawal at our Noida branch of Paytm payments bank ltd.
With regards to improvements in our app we are glad to accept your feedback
and our team will try and come up with solutions to serve visually impaired
users.
