I have installed webvisum in my PC but while pasting captcha it is writing all characters in capital letters even though there are characters in both small and capital letters, in this way showing error, what can be the issue and how can be resolved. Dear Members, In my city many visually challenge applied for online concession card of railway, but 5-6 months have been gone of submission and still not single one received it. they don't even respond if application is stuck somewhere, Since DRM office is far it is not always feasible to go there. is there any way to lodge grevence/complain against them? during enquiry they simply says to wait for call but nun received card yet. please any one guide further course of action.
