I have noticed that the volume goes very low while using the intial interface 
of the Google Meet. Have tried changing the audio output but without success. 
Have anyone of you noticed this with Google Meet on Iphone? And any possible 
workaround?

A special team of 12 medical staff has been formed at the phase-1 Covid-19
hospital in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) to care for 25 children with
intellectual disabilities as well as 10 with hearing and speech impairment.

The doctors said caring for children with cognitive disabilities comes with
its own set of challenges, and the pandemic has heightened them.

Twenty-eight children, aged 10-18, of a shelter housing 268 inmates in
Anushakti Nagar, some with intellectual disabilities and others with
hearing and speech impairment, tested positive for Covid-19 on July 26, and
seven others on Wednesday.

Since the BMC didn’t have a ward for children with special needs till July
26, such a ward was quickly set up that same night for the kids.

But the doctors realised they couldn’t use the same treatment protocol
since the children couldn’t reconcile with their new environment. “They
didn’t have the cognitive ability to understand what was happening to them,
and why they were being placed under different care. Some were crying, and
some tried to run away. Many others threw off their masks because of the
discomfort, and refused food and medicines,” said Dr Rajesh Dere, the
hospital’s dean. “It wasn’t a task that just a doctor and a nurse could
handle.”

Acknowledging the need for a special team, the hospital put together a team
of 12—three doctors, two counsellors, two social workers, two staff nurses
and three attendants—by July 28. “Were it not for the team, treating them
would have been impossible. The attendants take care of their personal
hygiene and ensure that they are fed at the right times,” Dr Dere.

But it wasn’t smooth going for the team from the get-go: the children
needed time to get used to their presence and begin to trust them. The
staff struggled for three days, during which they also decked up the entire
ward with pictures of popular cartoon characters to put the children at
ease. “We also placed toys and a television in the ward to engage with
them,” said Dr Komal Pawar, senior consultant at the ward. “Administrating
the medicines, steam inhalation and intravenous fluids were a challenge,
but the counsellors helped them calm down.”

The special care has paid off: 25 of the children have recovered and were
set to be discharged late on Wednesday. The remaining10 are responding well
to treatment.

I could be wrong.

Because there are companies who provide term insurance for visually impaired as 
well.
I even have the email of chairman IrDA, which states that, no insurance company
