the scribe shouldn't be more educated than the post qualification.
if your scribe is unable to write your exam than UPSC will provide
it's own scribe.
submit the scribe details along with your form.

Definitely, Harish. it will only happen when the schools finally open to a safe 
environment. He wants to begin conversations at least,  so he can have the 
things set up by the time they are actually ready to begin operating schools in
