can hear NVDA or Jaws sound coming from my PC. I don't remember having changed 
any setting on my system or Google Meet. I am using Google Chrome with 
Windows10. Using Edge browser the issue is minimal, i.e., if the volume of the 
system is low the sound is not being heard, whereas in Chrome this is happening 
regardless of the volume of the system.

I would like to resolve the issue without changing the browser. Any 
suggestion/workaround, please?

Saurav Here.
you could check if by mistake, you changed the mike that you are using for
such calls.
Maybe, that particular mike has a tendency of sending background sound.
I had faced a similar issue while using Zoom.
You can change these settings during the call itself.

next to radio, click the "More button" and then the screen with list
of radio stations will open. You can either search the radio station
you want or browse through the list of radio stations and double tab

playing. Navigation in IPhone is slightly difficult.

   The 3rd EMPOWER Assistive Technology Conference will be held during
28-30 October 2021 at the International Institute of Information
Technology Bangalore (IIITB), India.

Hi, On IPhone, You'll see News, video feeds, TV, and Radio tab. Just
next to radio, click the "More button" and then the screen with list
of radio stations will open. You can either search the radio station
you want or browse through the list of radio stations and double tab
on the one that you want to listen. That's it and it will start
playing. Navigation in IPhone is slightly difficult.
