Dear Colleagues,
 as all of you know that adopting suitable training for computer
skills can make you more efficient in your personal life and more
productive at your work. This makes you prepare to handle different
kinds of situations for instance, efficient reading and writing in
your studies, preparing professional documents, etc As a blind person,
do you want to be immensely proud that you have submitted a document
to your boss with the full knowledge that it looks fantastic?
Presumably you don't want your colleagues to think that they must make
allowances for poor presentation because you have no vision. To
achieve these goals, we use many screen readers for instance, Jaws,
NVDA etc but quite often, we fail to make its full use due to lack of
sufficient knowledge. So do you want to learn some of these technics?
It is pertinent to know that  MS Word is a  Word Processer that is
popularly being used in every Organisation to perform a variety of
tasks. One can perform huge number of tasks Such as typing and
presenting textx with different effects and fonts preparing resumes
and a lot more. As it is rightly said one continues to learn till the

I suppose, instead of demonstrating an application stepwise these days, our 
approach should now be how to overcome different challenges within different 
apps through several workarounds . The time has now come when the user 
interface of several apps keep on changing every now and then. If you 
demonstrate an app today, tomorrow its interface may not be the same and it can 
undergo a change again. Furthermore, quite often, it has been observed that the 
same apps will behave differently in different Android versions and in 
different handsets.

[AI] JAWS not cooperating in Zoom meetings

Hi all,
I am facing the following challenges lately:
1. JAWS does not speak when a person enters/ exits  the meeting.
2. Jaws does not effectively read the participants' list. Sometimes,
it just doesn't speak at all. At times, before announcing each name,
it says, 'press up or down arrow...'.
I use JAWS 2021 on Windows 10.
