This may be tagging issue. The pdf would not have been properly tagged, in 
particular with the links tag. One of the reason may be the link tag should 
have been provided, but not properly hyperlinked.

Hello all. I am shivasuresh. I am a windows user with JAWS 2022 and Adobe 
Acrobat DC  latest. As the subject line says I am facing problem in accessing 
external and bookmark links  while reading PDF file. I have made all the Adobe 
Acrobat DC  accessibility settings. When I tried to open the link the screen 
reader remains silent I tried all the different options but I fail to open the 
links in my PDF files.
I tried allowing the links from Adobe Acrobat DC  preferences and security 
option there is an option to allow PDF files to access external links but don’t 
know for what reason it is not working or I am not following the steps 
properly. this is my concern it would be of immense help if somebody could 
suggest and alternative and accessible PDF reader where I can read all the PDF 
file accessing all the external links comfortably  this is very important for 
me so please help me in this regard.

You can also use MathType for maths typing and reading in MSword. And also
you can use equation editor in MS word which is quite accessible by NVDA.

If the pdf is not password protected, convert it to word file using
www.ilovepdf.com
Then you may perhaps access external links. However, I am unsure how
to access bookmark links in pdf.
You can also consider QRead. It is an accessible pdf reader. Try the
demo version. If it helps you may have to buy it.

main concern is accessing the external and bookmark links in pdf file I am

I could avail jio fiber connection from Reliance because I had
approached my area MLA. I have resolved my problem on my own. but
future is dark for Visually Impaired community. Especailly for less
educated Visually Impaired. Not everyone can  afford to have good
relation
