Hi,
I have recently opened my savings account there so cash on demand
haven't facility experienced. but i have experrience with Bandhan
bank. It is available there without visiting bank branch you can ask
branch manager to send someone who can collect/provide cash but you
should know signature.

they are struggling to get doorstep banking services then try Jana
Small Finance Bank. Their staff is well trained to handle PWD
candidates specifically Visually Impaired friends. I didn't face any
KYC through video calling. My savings account opening process was
smooth. They are willing to provide internet banking and other
services without any issue. I had a good experience for the first
time. I don't know how much accessibile their bank's apps. I will
share my experience on this soon.
