Yes, you are right. But what happens if the old tax system is abolished? 
Moreover, if 80G exemption is included under the new tax system, it will

Hello,

I am worried that new tax regime does not allow 80G exemption on donation to 
charitable organisations. It will affect charitable activities in future. Maybe 
the old tax regime will be abolished very soon and the benefit of 80G will be 
no longer available.

I recently wrote about it in a Bengali audio magazine. I don't think that 
donors contribute to charitable works for this benefit. But this is a way the 
government honours and encourages the donors.
Don't forget that the benefit of 100% exemption under section 35AC was 
abolished in the finance bill of 2016. This must have disrupted many projects.

We, the pwd and other backward sections, will be directly affected if income of 
charitable organisations goes down.

All organisations should demand the inclusion of 80G exemption in the new tax 
regime like 80CCD(2) and 80JJAA.

[AI] Looking to buy thunderbolt enabled type C USB hub dock for my thinkpad laptop

Hi there, recently i bought a new laptop that is Lenovo ThinkBook 13S,
and it comes with only one type C thunderbolt port. This port is used
for the charging the device and also to use any type C enabled
accessory. I searched around the extension which would support
thunderbolt with charging pass through so that i could use other type
C accessories along with charging my laptop simultaneously. Kindly
suggest me a good type C USB hub along with charging pass through
support +one or more type C ports.
I will be using my type C usb headset and my pendrive and card reader
in this USB hub.

@Vedprakash Sharma, if high contrast is enabled, everything is visible
on the computer screen, hence qr code of whatsapp is very much clearly
visible, but whatsapp camera doesn't capture it, i don't know why?

 A few days ago, something changed and I am not able to read the chats.
 I use tab to come to the chat list and then use the up or down
 arrows to read the list of chats. If I want to read or reply to a
 particular chat then I enter on it and so on.
 However since the past few days, after I reach the chat list with
 tab and then use the up or down arrow, my cursor goes into one of
 the chats even though I do not want to get into it.
 I wanted to know how I can address this. I have tried logging out,
 and reinstalling but that has not worked. The same thing happenned
 sometime ago with my office computer which has windows 7. The
 engineer told me then that it was probably because my computer was
 running on an old windows. I have therefore not been able to use
 whatsapp web in the office.
 Is anyone else facing this problem? How do I resolve it?

Hi Sachin,
I think company can't decline home town transfer for employee with
disability due to medical reason. Try to reach out to your HR head or
someone from directorship position and convince them that You need a
reasonable accomodation mention your transport barrier. I think it
will be expensive if you higher a fix auto because some time even
auto/taxy vala try to take undu advantage of our disability so I won't
recommend this. try to go for sharing auto option if possible until
your problem gets resolve.

Hello,
Why don't you try NVDA and narrator if you are using window 10 or
window 11? I feel NVDA far more better than JAWS. NVDA 2022.1 beta
version works fine with me in window 11 machine. JAWS does lots of
guessing work making system slow. Keep NVDA also and try switching
from one screen reader to another whenever necessary.

Hi,

Me too facing lots of issues with Excel version 13 with Jaws 21.

Whenever I copy contents of a cell and try to paste it in another
cell, the jaws starts behaving strangely.
It won't read any cell contents when I navigate from one cell to
another and just say"Blank". However, if i go to cell edit mode by
pressing F3 the jaws reads out the contents of the cell character by
character.

Hi Minar,

I have access to Udemy through my employer and yes, I have completed some 
courses. However, the problem is that though the platform is reasonably 
accessible, the majority of courses are rendered as videos which means that it 
is up to the instructor to describe what is happening. The courses I took did 
not have any graphics per se so I had no problems but for courses that do 
involve graphics or software demonstrations, you are going to have a hard time 
comprehending what is happening. 

I cannot tell you which courses to take. Much depends on your areas of 
interest. Look at the content of the course and  reviews and make your decision.

3.  Request for travel alliance 
4.  If no corporate transports such as ola, uber is not available at your

Gandhinagar.  Existence of public transport is nil there. One bus stop is there 
but the frequency of buses is very low. One have to walk almost 5 km from my 
office to reach that bus stop. Most of the companies provide cab and bus 
facilities for their employees as per the poor transport infrastructure demand. 
Those who don't opt for company's vehicle use their personal vehicle. My Bank 
do not provide any cab. Even I requested them to change my location to home 
city if they can but HR did not consider it ( they have given home city posting 
to many and even I prioritized the same when I was asked for my preference). 
Now, I just want few suggestions from you all.

it is automatically jumping to the chat messages from the list of
chats.

charitable organisations. It will affect charitable activities in future. Maybe 
the old tax regime will be abolished very soon and the benefit of 80G will be 
no longer available.

   

  I recently wrote about it in a Bengali audio magazine. I don't think that 
donors contribute to charitable works for this benefit. But this is a way the 
government honours and encourages the donors.

  Don't forget that the benefit of 100% exemption under section 35AC was 
abolished in the finance bill of 2016. This must have disrupted many projects.

   

  We, the pwd and other backward sections, will be directly affected if income 
of charitable organisations goes down.

   

  All organisations should demand the inclusion of 80G exemption in the new tax 
regime like 80CCD(2) and 80JJAA.

Hi,

For the past 1 week the Income Tax site was somewhat accessible. The Efiling 
tab and service tab were accessible to some extent. However, since today 
morning again these tabs have become unaccessible.

Also, the download button for downloading TIS and AIS are not working and one 
has to seek help to click these buttons with mouse.

Hi Gajendra,
Strong password usually is a combination of
at least 1 upper case alphabet
at least 1 lower case alphabet
at least 1 number
at least 1 special character like @, *, $, etc.
Taking all the four together the length of password should be more
than 8 characters

80G is in great trouble way ahead.

I am worried that new tax regime does not allow 80G exemption on donation to 
charitable organisations. It will affect charitable activities in future. Maybe 
the old tax regime will be abolished very soon and the benefit of 80G will be 
no longer available.

 

I recently wrote about it in a Bengali audio magazine. I don't think that 
donors contribute to charitable works for this benefit. But this is a way the 
government honours and encourages the donors.

Don't forget that the benefit of 100% exemption under section 35AC was 
abolished in the finance bill of 2016. This must have disrupted many projects.

 

We, the pwd and other backward sections, will be directly affected if income of 
charitable organisations goes down.

 

All organisations should demand the inclusion of 80G exemption in the new tax 
regime like 80CCD(2) and 80JJAA.
