Yes, even I have checked this option, but I am looking out inbuilt talking 
functionality in the weighing machine. I don’t want to depend on any additional 
application in android mobile.

Don’t know which web site which you are referring but, most of the modern web 
applications required to turn off the virtual pc cursor as recommended by 
freedomscientific while interacting with the interactive elements such as 
links, buttons and so on.
