[AI] Collating challenges faced in using the Rapido application

We are happy to share that we had a productive call with the concerned
person at Rapido yesterday. They have committed on call that the issue
faced in cancelling the ride on Android will be resolved in the next
release.
On IOS, the similar issue might take time.
Apart from the above, request for any challenges/ suggestions that
anyone wishes to be raised with them.
Please reply to this thread by coming Monday, 25th July 2022, night.

Members, greetings.

Would like to draw your kind attention towards the Zamato's accessibility.

With the recent update, the accessibility has completely broken on the
zamato app.

The issue is After updating, the screen reader users are unable to go to the
order confirmation page to know about the order status, delivery info and so
on.

Once the order place, the focus must be on the confirmation page, but the
focus is getting back to the kart.

Tested on I o s and android but no changes.

Appreciations  for the initiative.
Tested the app on 1plus device and Would like to raise few concerns on the I 
mobile android app.

1. after the authentication, 2 buttons are presented which is labelled as 
interstitial and unlabelled button. These buttons must have the proper and 
meaningful label.
2. unable to pay the credit card bill under the cards and forex section.  The 
pay current due button does not get the keyboard/gesture focus.
3. the links which are provided under the homepage must have the labels.
4. the users should have an option to change the session timeout to read and 
understand the content on the page.
5. there should be no lag while entering the pin on the transaction page.
Hope the issues will be get fixed on the next update.

The accessibility of the income tax site has improved. But I don't remember how 
to adjust the zoom for accessing some options.

I also need to download an old return which I cannot download at all.
