Educational Qualifications:

1. A Master‘s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a
point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a
concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an
equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
2. The candidate must have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET)
conducted by the UGC or the CSIR (exemption from NET shall be granted in
accordance with clause (ii) and (iii) of General Note in the last section
of this document.

Dear Friends,

 

We have been looking out for a person with research skills/experience (maybe
2 years) to lead a short 5 month research project we are doing with the
Commonwealth Education Centre for Media in Asia. The project will include
desk research, surveys with questionnaires, Focus Group Discussions,
Analysis and a final report . The researcher will be supported by two
research assistants. In fact we are also looking out for one Research
Assistant too. 

 

We need the person on board soon since we begin by December 1. Can you help?

CM Janta Darshan गोरखपुर में आयोजित मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के जनता
दर्शन कार्यक्रम में फरियादियों की भारी भीड़ एकत्र हो रही है। गोरखनाथ
मंदिर में आयोजित होने वाले इस कार्यक्रम में पहले गोरखपुर और आसपास के
जिलों के लोग आते थे लेकिन अब पूरे प्रदेश से लोग आ रहे हैं।

गोरखपुर, प्रभात पाठक। जौनपुर जिले के मेहरवा के नेत्रहीन डा. राधेश्याम
प्रजापति पिछले छह साल से नौकरी के लिए भटक रहे हैं। तीन विषयों से एमए,
नेट व पीएचडी कर चुके राधेश्याम का माध्यमिक शिक्षा सेवा चयन बोर्ड से
वर्ष 2016 में हिंदी के प्रवक्ता पद पर चयन हुआ था। दिव्यांग कोटे से चयन
के बाद भी न तो नौकरी मिली और न ही न्याय। आरोप है कि आयोग ने न सिर्फ
उनका चयन निरस्त किया बल्कि फर्जी अंकपत्र वाले दूसरे अभ्यर्थी का चयन भी
उनकी जगह कर लिया। सोमवार को न्याय की गुहार लगाने मुख्यमंत्री के जनता
दर्शन में पहुंचे राधेश्याम ने कहा कि जांच का आश्वासन मिला है। अब तो
सिर्फ उन्हें योगी जी से ही आस है।


में मुख्यमंत्री से मिले आश्वासन के बाद जगी न्याय की आस
जनता दर्शन के बाद बाहर निकले राधेश्याम ने बताया कि रविवार को
मुख्यमंत्री से मिलने हम लखनऊ गए थे। वहां पता चला कि सोमवार को गोरखपुर
में जनता दर्शन में ही मुलाकात होगी। इसलिए मैं सुबह यहां आ गया। अपनी
पीड़ा बताते हुए राधेश्याम ने कहा कि सभी मानकों को पूरा करने के बाद भी
नौकरी के लिए भटक रहा हूं। वे बताते हैं कि उनका चयन आयोग द्वारा 23
नवंबर को 2016 को दिव्यांग कोटे से किया गया। बाद में आजमगढ़ के एक
अभ्यर्थी जो चयन से बाहर थे उन्होंने एमएड के फर्जी अंकपत्र के सहारे
अपना चयन करा लिया। जिसका संशोधित परिणाम 28 दिसंबर को आयोग ने जारी
किया।
आयोग से हिंदी के प्रवक्ता पद पर चयन होने के बाद भी नहीं हुई नियुक्ति
जानकारी होने पर मैंने न्यायालय का दरवाजा खटखटाया। जिसके बाद पुन: 27
मार्च 2017 को आयोग से मेरा चयन कर लिया गया और मुझे कार्यभार ग्रहण करने
के लिए जनता इंटर कालेज कैल्ठा एटा आवंटित कर दिया गया। जब मैं कार्यभार
ग्रहण करने 28 मार्च को विद्यालय पहुंचा तो पता चला कि मेरे स्थान पर
संतोष कुमार यादव का कार्यभार ग्रहण करा लिया गया है। जो कि चयन से पहले
ही बाहर हो चुका है।
सीएम ने दिया आश्वासन
राधेश्याम ने बताया कि जौनपुर विश्वविद्यालय से हिंदी, संस्कृत व प्राचीन
इतिहास से मैंने एमए किया है। सभी मानकों के साथ चयन की प्रक्रिया पूरी
की है। आवेदन करते समय स्पष्ट रूप से घाेषणा की जाती है कि यदि अभ्यर्थी
द्वारा कोई तथ्य छिपाया गया व असत्य पाया गया तो अभ्यर्थन निरस्त करा
दिया जाए। मैं आज भी इस पर कायम हूं। मेरा चयन नियमों के तहत हुआ है।
जनता दर्शन में योगी जी ने जांच का आश्वासन दिया है। जिससे उम्मीद की
किरण जगी है। अब तो बस न्याय का इंतजार है।

The project donor wants graduation to be an essential criteria.
Candidates with better communication skills will be given priority but it is 
not essential for application.

It is really a great opportunity for the women with Vision Impairment, who are 
struggling to enhance their employment skills.
It would pave them the way to sustain dignity at their work station and become 
economically independent.
I would like to draw your attention towards the eligibility criteria meant for 
this training.
The training requires the candidates having fluence English and completed 
graduation.
I just want to seek your attention to the people struggling to improve their 
English as it is the part of employment skills. This training program has 
notably fixed the objective to work on soft skills and communication. That will 
certainly enable them to improve English.
As far as the qualification is concerned, there are some people pursuing 
graduation in open after completing 12th standard. If those girls get such 
opportunity to enhance the employment skill, they will become employable on the 
way to complete their graduation.
