2022-11-25 Thread Kakarla Nageswaraiah
Dear all,
I'd like to introduce an app to you called Telugu Thejam.
It's a lot of information for Telugu literature lovers.
Although it has been developed keeping the Telugu people in mind, it's
very much useful for others also, especially most of the dictionaries.
The app includes some dramas, poems, Bhagavatam in audio format;
dictionaries and glossaries--bilingual,/trilingual in Telugu Hindi,
English and Sanskrit.
Please download the app from the below link and share your valuable
feedback so that it could be further improved.

[AI] Remarks to senior judges

2022-11-25 Thread Mission Accessibility
Hi all,

On Sunday morning, as part of a Constitution Day conference being held at the
Supreme Court, I will be speaking on creating a disabled friendly judiciary.
All Supreme Court judges and hc chief justices, along with other relevant
stakeholders, will be in attendance. I plan on covering the following points.
Let me know if you would like me to add anything. First, that all courts should
frame an equal opportunity policy. Second, that they should amend the rules of
practice and procedure to facilitate the filing of accessible court documents,
especially, to begin with, in cases involving citizens with disabilities.
Third, that they should appoint a grievance redressal officer for
discrimination against the disabled who are part of their staff or interns.
Fourth, that they should designate specific individuals who can attend to the
needs of persons with disabilities in their interface with the court system.
Fifth, that they should appoint accessibility committees to oversee all of
this work. Let me know if you have any thoughts.
