Hello sir,

I don’t want to apply filters. The sheet already contains cell highlighted in 
red, green, and orange colour. I need only those cells which are highlighted 
green, so how can I eliminate the other cells which are not used to me.
I know the Keystroke insert plus F to check the font colour in a cell, but I 
was thinking of some other way, so I can directly eliminate the cel Rose which 
are not use to me.

Association, New Delhi" is presenting for you a six months relaxation
massage training course. This 6 months massage training is affiliated by
Shahnaz Husain International Beauty Academy.



This massage training will bring new changes in your life. The visually
impaired people can become self reliant. The success rate of this business
is 100 percent for visually impaired people.



Along with this Massage training, one will also be provided with sufficient
information about some ayurvedic complementary medicines.



Also, you will be taught about human body structure through anatomy models,
which will be extremely helpful for massage learners. You will be given
head and facial massage training with products formulated by Shahnaz
Hussain.



In addition, you will be taught the skills of Braille reading and writing,
computer exercises, abs spoken English language. Along with this, the
Mobility training will also be provided.



After finishing massage training, you may also get the opportunity to do
massage at different places. If you become a disciplined worker and an
honest person, then your massage business can also grow from this.



After completing your massage training, you will have to appear in final
assessment, post which you will get two types of massage diploma
certificates:

1. Massage Diploma by the Blind Relief Association and

2. Another Diploma by the Shahnaz International beauty academy.



You will be provided free food and accommodation during the massage
training. Hostel facility will be provided to students coming from outside
Delhi during massage training.



Requirements to apply:



1. The age of the applicant should be above 18 years and applicant should
have passed class XII.

2. The applicant should be physically and mentally fit.

3. Physical cleanliness is very important as well as if you are taking any
medicines or drugs you are requested to inform us on the date of joining.

4. If you have taken any other training here before then there should be
gap of 1 year.

5. You are not allowed to be enrolled in any other university or course
during the training period.

6. Carry certificates of both the vaccines of coronavirus with you.

7. For the application, you must come with the guardian along with the
necessary documents and bring along with you the disability certificate,
Aadhar card with you and your guardian, along with the original copy and
photo copy of the 10th and 12th class certificates, four photographs Bring

8. The date of application Starts from 4 January 2023 and will be concluded
by 23 January 2023. The syllabus will not be repeated for the Trainees who
come late.

Your admission will be certified by the Admission Committee only.

You can apply the color filter for this.
To check the color you can keep the focus on the particular cell and
press insert alfa numeric 5  and accordingly you will be apply  the
filter for the particular color.

cels. I need only the cells which are green highlighted, how can I eliminate

1. News-Thiruvananthapuram: ‘Punarjyothi’, a rehabilitation centre set up
to aid blind and partially sighted people, has proven to be a lifesaver for
many  in the capital city

Shilpa, a visually impaired native of Gowreesapattom, came to know about
‘Punarjyothi’ while going through some hard times in her life. At the
time, she was forced to quit her studies owing to repeated insults from
fellow students. Battling against odds, Shilpa attended counselling,
completed her graduation and became an employee at a paper bag making unit
in the city; all thanks to Punarjyothi in Thiruvananthapuram.
‘Punarjyothi’, set up jointly by the Kerala government and the alumni
association of the Regional Institute of Ophthalmology (RIO), aims to
provide services to visually challenged patients across the state.

Under the project, each patient is examined in detail to assess the degree
of visual disability and to determine the appropriate visual aid to help in
his or her visual rehabilitation. Training facilities to walk with a white
cane, use special talking software and to do daily household activities are
provided to the needy. Expert psychiatric help is also provided to those
depressed due to the visual disability. Currently, the project is being
monitored by the office-bearers of RIO alumni association, including
president Dr K Mahadevan, secretary Dr Mini Mathew, treasurer Dr Akkamma
Mathew and coordinator BT Shanthi.
