[AI] Unable to read in sentence mode with jaws 2023

Dear list,
I am using jaws 2023 and facing the issue of reading in sentence mode
because the commands of alt + up or down arrow are not working. Kindly
let me know how to rectify it.

There is a strange issue in whatsApp.
Yesterday, WhatsApp in my (android) mobile has been updated.
After updating, I am unable to get the old chatmessages.
Only newly coming messages are appearing in it.
What shall I do. How to get my old chat messages back.
