In my case, This is every year story.  I ask them to deduct certain
amount but they always deduct more than what I ask them to do and I
get refund of that surplus amount  after filing ITR.

Thanks all, I tried to make understand to my DDO about old tax, but
still he is unable to understand, now I told him to contact to his CA
and also told him to deduct my tax whatever he wish I will file proper
ITR and take back my access amount and show him.

Where AccessIndia mails do not show up in in-box, It is essential to 
select them all in your junk/bulk folder and unjunk them. You may need 
to repeat a few more times and soon later your email client will learn 
that these are not really spam.

[AI] Macrium Reflect Partition manager Accessibility Notes

Hi friends,
I'm excited to inform those interested that I managed to navigate my way around 
Macrium Reflect Manager, which is a software I now use to image disks 
containing a complete Windows operating system. If ever my disk fails, gets a 
virus Etc, I can recover it, along with my screen-readers, all installed and 
configured Apps Etc exactly as they are now. The software is not generally too 
accessible but I have found work-arounds to actually access it quite nicely 
with Jaws. Similar things can be done with NVDA no doubt.
It can image a disk image of a larger disk size to a smaller disk size, 
provided the data itself being imaged can fit on the smaller disk. Windows 
Backup and Restore cannot do this, which is why I am using this external 
program to do it.
Anyone interested in this can contact me. For now I'm including attached to 
this E-mail my notes I took for myself so that I don't forget how to do this 
when months or years later I need to do it again with this software.
There was a Freeware version available previously, but now they no longer 
provide it. Fortunately before the company decided to stop offering the free 
version I downloaded the off-line installers of the free versions for Windows 7 
(32-bit) and for Windows 10. Since it is not illegal to do so anyway I can 
safely publically offer to send the software to anyone wanting it.

I mean, we blind people have to look after each other so I'm trying to do my 
little bit to walk the talk as far as that is concerned.

To back up a disk, go to the menu bar to Backup, Image  selected disks.
Tab past the Help, next, Cancel and finish buttons.
We land on Disk List but from here Jaws will no longer speak from PC cursor as 
we tab. It is best to turn screen-echo to all (Insert 2).
Route Jaws to PC (Numpad Insert + Numpad Minus), and hear current line to learn 
which disk we are landed on. It reads the model name and at the end of that 
line tells the size.
By default all disks seem selected. We need to deselect everything except the 
ones we want to image.
If we go down a line we hear numbered partitions from left to right:
status of the partitions such as no name or System reserved, and in brackets we 
hear drive letters if assigned. So, partitions are all given in columns for 
each disk, with each partition being named on that same line.
Below on the next row we hear corresponding info for each partition related to 
the previous row, again from left to right because of the corresponding columns 
of the data: We hear the types of partitions such as NTFS, FAT32, LBA Etc.
Still using Jaws cursor if we press Home to get to beginning of that line, we 
land on a checkbox to deselect all partitions of that disk, in other words, the 
entire disk. Reading current word (Insert Numpad5) doesn't even say blank here 
but this is a good indication we have landed on that checkbox. Left-click on it 
with Numpad Slash and you've just de-selected the whole disk with all

Apple introduced Journal, an iPhone app designed to enhance well-being by
encouraging users to reflect and express gratitude through personalized
journaling. The app empowered users to document everyday experiences and
significant events, incorporating multimedia elements like photos, videos,
audio recordings, and locations to craft meaningful memories. Utilizing
on-device machine learning, Journal offered tailored prompts to inspire
entries and customizable notifications to foster consistent writing habits.

Additionally, the Journaling Suggestions API allowed third-party apps to
suggest moments for users to explore in their journals. Users dived into
this enriching experience, which became accessible with the release of iOS.

Thoughtfully crafted personalized recommendations were designed to assist
users in recalling and documenting various moments, such as recent places
visited, captured photos, played songs, completed workouts, and more. These
tailored suggestions, derived from user activity, encompassed writing
prompts to foster insightful reflections, while daily prompts encouraged
focus on gratitude, kindness, purpose, and beyond.

Users had the autonomy to manage the content type featured in Suggestions,
enabling them to create a journal entry with their selected prompts.
Furthermore, developers could leverage the Journaling Suggestions API to
seamlessly integrate personalized journaling prompts into their
applications, ensuring users received privacy-preserving prompts for
writing about moments, extending the benefits of journaling within the
secure framework offered by the iPhone.

I didn't get which rule you are mentioning.  10(14)(II) are section and
clauses.
you may want to mention 'rule2bb'
Income Tax Department (incometaxindia.gov.in)


in the above mentioned link has description about section 10 clause 14
subclause (II)
you may refer in the given table sl5, sl 6 and sl11.
 if you could share "what is the point of view" of your tax officer I might
try to give more clarity.
