However, this current group has its own goals, ideologies, philosophy
tayloring to gen Z or senior population as well. It is always good to have
multiple initiatives like these. To whichever group one resonates with,
they can be part of it. We all are here together to serve for the better
good.

I am conducting advocacy-based research on "assessing the accessibility of
Indian electronic database resources for persons with disabilities". Your
insights and experiences would be really valuable to this endeavor.

 If you know any Indian database platforms that are inaccessible, I request
you to provide your insights.

In simple terms, electronic database resources refer to digital platforms
comprising a diverse range of materials, including academic literature,
journals, research papers, reports, theses/dissertations, multimedia
content, and archival documents. Common examples of electronic database
resources may include Jstor, Shodhganga, Research Gate, and the National
Judicial Data Grid, among others. These resources serve as integral
components of research and educational endeavors.

If you are aware of any Indian database platforms that you feel are
inaccessible, I request you to provide your inputs and insights. You can
share only the names of inaccessible e-database resources, or preferably,
you can mention why the said e-Database is not accessible. This may
encompass issues such as compatibility with screen reading software,
complex layout/interface, inaccessible log-in pages, difficulty in

I'm currently using Gmail basic html view with NVDA and would like to
switch to the standard view. However, I'd appreciate any tips or
guides on using NVDA effectively within the standard view.
Specifically, I'm looking for information on:
• Navigating the interface with NVDA commands and reading emails
• Performing actions on emails (composing, replying, forwarding, etc.)
• Using features like search and labels
If anyone has any notes, tutorials, or can point me in the right
direction, I'd be very grateful.
