2024-05-08 Thread Prerna Sobti
Hi allIn the beginning itself, I humbly write the disclaimer that I am a late life, visually impaired person, and some of you may not resonate with my thoughts, but I am still sharing it, why do we have to give so much of gyaan कयाैन  to such ignorant souls and waste our energy ?If it was me instead of this student, I would have simply said why have you done so many paap ? That there was a need of such activities in your life? Instead let me teach you and earn some forgiveness for my karma is to get a friend like you period in the ice cream shop experience, I would have given the same retort adding I will bring some of and children for you to feed and on some forgiveness for your bad karma’s. As I did one, I coming to your Parlour simple give them back what they deserve. No clarification no explanation required for such people, that is what I feel and that is what I have done and that is what happened doing ever since I lost my eyesight.Listen when I was a sighted person, I at that time was not bothered about peoples reactions and expressions about my action an and now when I can’t even see them, it’s really makes nothing change in my life at all. Let them be flabbergasted with your rewards make them speechless is what I will do. I may be wrong but that’s the way I think.Goodluck bestPrerna Sobti On May 7, 2024, at 9:52 AM, Cauvery Krishna wrote:These are some of the experiences had by one of my  students of which I don't have an answer. Hi Prerna, thanks for your reply, but I am not an Airtel user. I pay all
utility bills successfully through PhonePe, but when it comes to recharge
mobile, I am facing difficulty in browsing plans.
As far as Amezone pay concerns today, I have tried to recharge, but the Amazon
pay ask me to link my UPI and it does not allow me to pay through credit cards

You don’t have to be a airtel user to use the app it lets you choose the
service provider and credit card to recharge your mobile

[AI] Door plaque in print and braille

2024-05-08 Thread Yamuna Jivana Dasa
Hi all,

I'm looking for an organization that can make a door plaque in print and
braille, with the name of my home studio on it, and a short description.

Gaura Records Audio

Music for the Soul

And another plaque displaying the studio name and our house number on the
front gate of the house in large print viewable from the road for finding
our house, but with braille on it also.

I'm hoping for nice crisp braille dots preferably on hard plastic that won't
fade easily, but the whole thing and its design should look nice for
sightlings too.

Back in South Africa we had this sort of thing on each of the office doors
displaying the name of the person, their position and the door number. For
example my door was labelled:

Yogan Khandoo

Training Officer

108

Neatly and nicely centered below each other in contracted braille, all on
the plastic strip. Next to it was the print version. So this is how I got
the idea to do this at my home studio we are now building.

Any idea if some organization is doing this here in India also?

Thanks good people.

Kind regards,

Yamuna Jivana Dasa

Hi All,

Delighted to share Umashamkar's feedback, a visitor with visual impairment,
