Dear Friends,

I have to upload certain documents on a website as a zip file the size of which 
can not exceed 5 MB.
Now the problem is that the size of the zip file created  is 6.5 MB and I am 
unable to upload it.

What is the solution?

Hello,

You can go to the icon in the start menu, hit the applications key, and
there you will find the more sub menu, assuming that you are on windows11.
There, hit the open file location option, and you can copy paste the
shortcut to the desktop from there using control c, windows m, and control
v.

Hi TS Negi,

You need to first create a Label and then apply filter to attach all the
accessIndia emails with the created label. Here are the detailed
instructions -

Creating Label
1. Navigate to "Label heading 2" by pressing h.
2. Press down-arrow/b to go to "Create New Label button"
3. Enter the label name, such as "AccessIndia" and press tab twice to go to
"Create button"
4. Press enter.

By now you have created a label with the name "AccessIndia"

Applying Filter
1. Go to https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#settings
2.  Go to Filter tab and select it.
3.  Go to "Create new filter" link and enter
4. A form will get open. In this form, enter "(
accessindia@accessindia.org.in" in the edit field with label "To".
5. Look for "create filter" link next to "Test search" button.
6. Click on "Create filter" link.
7. A new form will open. In this, check the checkbox with label "Skip the
Inbox (Archive it)"
8. Also, check the checkbox with label "Apply the label"
9. Press tab to go to "Choose label" dropdown and choose "AccessIndia"
10. Check the checkbox with label "Also apply filter to n matching
conversations.".
11. Press "Create filter" button which you can find just above the last
checkbox.

Now to read AccessIndia emails, you will require to click on AccessIndia
label below the Label heading.

I was reading through TOI article of February 2023, it stated that
The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways of India (MoRTH) has
asked states to register vehicles owned by people with disabilities
under the ownership category of "Divyangjan" and extend
necessary tax benefits, instead of providing these benefits on only
new and adapted vehicles.
The circular mentioned that persons with disabilities who own a
vehicle and hire a driver should not be deprived of getting the
vehicle registration under the "Divyangjan" category. This means
that the ownership of the vehicle will be the deciding factor for
registration under the "Divyangjan" category, not the type of
vehicle.
