Re: [AI] my document not responding
Dear friends, This is problem from Jaws only don't worry, no need to format your computer just you follow the steps that I given below which downloaded from freedomscientific support page. What can I do if Windows Explorer frequently hangs or is in the "not responding" mode? Answer If you experience frequent hangs or 'not responding' mode when navigating in Windows Explorer, such as when copying a file from one folder to another, try the following steps: Note: You may need to first restart the system, or exit and restart JAWS, then Windows Explorer. 1. Press WINDOWS KEY+E to open a Windows Explorer window. 2. Press ALT+T to open the Tools menu and then choose Folder Options. 3. Press CTRL+TAB to move to the View tab page and press TAB to move to the Advanced settings tree view. 4. Press DOWN ARROW until you reach the "Show preview handlers in preview pane" option and press the SPACEBAR to turn it off. 5. Press ALT+A to apply the change, then choose OK to close the dialog box. thanks and cool regards mohanraj On 6/25/16, parimala bhatt wrote: > friends, I am finding difficult to accesstomy document on my laptop. it > says not responding. please guide.
