IRDA has submitted the list of insurers  to the Delhi high court  and the
list of all 29 insurers is  the shared  with you in the judgement copy


I am going to apply for my two teenagers  son with Acko General Insurance
company .

If they deny or charged more premium my SC advocate Siddharth  Nath will
file case against the insurance company and IRDA for discrimination

If any one want to be part of the case will be appreciated

PWD ACT and others  this year after the saurbh Shukla vs  MAX LIFE  AND
IRDA CASE Delhi high court Judgement   the case was represented  by Adv

I have two kids both boys   aged 20 and 15  yrs old with visual impairment
low vision  (Retinitis Pigmentosa )

I had applied for online  health insurance of family floater plan for 4 of
us . The insurance company rejected the health insurance cover for both the
kids .

I had approached IRAI about the same and nothing happened

Whereas the news article linked shared says that insurance company can't
denied the health cover for the disabilities

Can some one suggest the way forward? to solve the issue collectively
