Re: [AI] Panic attack

2022-04-19 Thread Rakshit Malik
Dear Apurwa,

My brother and I also have RP. There is medication available that
stops deterioration from continuing. I am happy to share more on this,
if you have not explored the alternative already. Besides, it can be
great to have a disability-sensitive mental health professional. I
would be more than willing to share some contacts. Let me know.

Best,
Rakshit

Re: [AI] Panic attack

2022-04-19 Thread Rakshit Malik
Hi Mohib and Saravanan,

I believe you should immediately Google Karela's Sreedhareeyam
Hospital, in context of their Ayurvedic medication for RP. I am based
in Delhi, where they organize related appointments only twice a year.
A friend did have his deterioration come to a standstill because of
their medication. This would be ideal, right?

Recently, though, a to-be eye-specialist suggested a medicine that,
according to her, delays the deterioration, while not stopping it
altogether. I am happy to share the name/image of the med as well as
the contact details of the aforementioned specialist (over personal
chat). Let me know.

Hope this helps.

Best,
Rakshit

It would be meaningful for me to be a part of that group, as well.
Might I request you to have me added? My WhatsApp number is

Many thanks,

Re: [AI] Counsellor

2022-05-09 Thread Rakshit Malik
Let your brother go ahead with his interests. He may choose a field
that is inaccessible currently, but accessibility, with obvious
efforts, is quite creatable. A few years ago, I was suggested to not
learn Persian; it was proposed that my disability would make such
learning impossible. But, as it turns out, it is challenging but very
much possible, and I am currently on the second level -- hopefully
towards a career in historical research.

I agree with Vaibhav and Ajay. I am 24 and myself in the
career-building phase. You have my contact number, and I am more than
happy to talk with your sibling.

All best,
Rakshit
