[AI] Regarding accessibility of E office developed bye NIC

2022-12-16 Thread Ramdas Shivhare
Hello all,

Greetings, hope all of you are doing well.

I have come up with a query regarding the accessibility of yE-office developed
by NIC dot in that is used for daily work in the central government offices.

Where are several accessibility related issues in this portal. If anyone using
this portal for performing their daily duties in the office please let me know
how are you managing. For example it is almost next to impossible working on
green card field. Looking for positive response.

Thanks and regards,
Ramdas

Hellonirmal

Yes of course, we will also have online classes later on. since the Japanese
language proficiency test JLPT exam will be only in japanese braille that is
why we have to schedule at least one class off-line in a week. Initially we
will have the class once in a week on Sunday and once learners will be able to
know the basics of japanese braille gradually we will also conduct some online
classes. For more details you can contact me.

Re: [AI] required tol tax exemption copy

2018-02-15 Thread Ramdas Shivhare
dear friends,

I am ramdas shivhare, also writing after very long time in this platform.
I also need the same circular along with the road tex exemption
cerculare during the buy a new vehicle if possible. I would also like
to share with you that disabled persons are availing this exemption
other than visually challenged people. generally the transport
authority in Delhi argued that the said exemption is only for the
people with physical disabilities. the same happened with one of my
friend who bought a new car recently.
as, one of our friend ask that whether he can share a attachment in
this platform? in this regard I would like to tell you that the
atachments are not allow in this platform but you can share the link
of dropbox/send space/google drive etc or the link through any other
channel. please do the needfull.

thanks and regards,
ramdas

The Blind Relief Association, Delhi

WORKSHOP ON CAPACITY BUILDING FOR NEW JOB OPPORTUNITIES
(27 – 28 August 2016)
Concept Note

Target Group: Visually impaired youth with Class XII education and above
No. of Participants: maximum 40

In recent years we are witnessing a phenomenal rise in the number of
young blind personscompleting school education and pursuing higher
academic and professional
studies. Also the advent of IT, through significantly bridging the
digital divide, has ushered in revolutionary change in the life of the
visually challenged.
Consequently, their aspiration as equal member of society enjoying
meaningful employment with good career in the government and private
sector has also
grown. The statutory 1% reservation of jobs in the government and
public sector undertakings has opened the doors for employment of
persons with visual
impairment in such establishments. However, many of the employed youth
are not given proper placement, and are just adjusted here and there,
leaving them
dissatisfied. There is no similar statutory compulsion on the private
sector. Barring some exceptions, there is a general lack of awareness
due to which
even competent and capable visually challenged persons do not come
under the radar of private sector. Therefore, there is much need to
focus on young adults
with visual impairment to be guided in building up their competitive
capabilitiesand acceptability in the employment market. At the same
time, itis important
that the potential private sector employers be also sensitised and
made aware of the capabilities of visually impaired persons, so that
they induct them
in their workforce as efficient and productive members.
The planned 2-day capacity-buildingworkshop, with panellists/resource
persons drawn from public and private sector, seeks to address the
above issues,
in the following 8 sessions.
1. Introduction-Present Session, Challenges and Strategies.
2. Job Opportunities in Various Sectors.-Making appropriate choice.
3. IT in Work Place.
4. Interaction with Panel of HR Managers, Govt., PSUs, MNCs, and VI Employees.
5. Mathematics and Reasoning for Preparing for Entrance Examination.
6. DisabilityRights, Obligations and Duties.
7. Communication Skill and Personality Development
8. Open Discuss & Concluding Session.
