Hi, Can anyone tell me what is meant by a wi-fi connectivity for internet? How is wi-fi different from a normal wireless connection? Currently, I am using a BSNL wired connection. Recently, TATA Indicom has introduced wi-fi services in my area and they are providing connections with 256 MBPS speed for a monthly charge of RS 700.
