Yes Sir, there are no clear provisions for scribe, when I asked for the first time, they said that the scribe will be selected by me from two or three students provided by center superintendent. Mr. Turab has faced some problem regarding scribe by the center, saying that any graduate shall not be allowed. In CA, there is a clear provision that a scribe shall not be in any case be a graduate, CA, CS, ICWA registered student. Lets put forward to the institute to make clear provisions about the eligibility of scribe not waiting till the last moment.
