Re: [AI] little queries regarding MS word
Hai, About Nesxt occurance & Previous occurance: When you use find dilog box for finding about some word in document then JAWS says next occurance if you press keystorke control + pagedown and Similarly, JAWS says previous occurance if you press keystroke control + pageup. Ex: you are finding the word "Computer" from the find dilog box. First, The cursor stands on the word "Computer" in document and press control pagedown, the cursor takes you to the next occurance of the word "Computer" in the same document. Hope it helps. Re: [AI] information neded for aria
Hello, WAI-ARIA, the Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite, defines a way to make Web content and Web applications more accessible to people with disabilities. It especially helps with dynamic content and advanced user interface controls developed with Ajax, HTML, JavaScript, and related technologies. Currently certain functionality used in Web sites is not available to some users with disabilities, especially people who rely on screen readers and people who cannot use a mouse. WAI-ARIA addresses these accessibility challenges, for example, by defining new ways for functionality to be provided to assistive technology. With WAI-ARIA, developers can make advanced Web applications accessible and usable to people with disabilities. here you go to know more about ARIA http://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/aria Hope this helps. Re: [AI] About i b p s exam
Hi Mamta and others, Please clarify my query regarding IBPS scribe eligibility. Since IBPS stipulated criteria is SSLC(10th class), should my scribe be below 10th class and that to less than 60%? If it is then i should get the scribe who is 9th class with less than 60% marks, is not it? How practical it is? That's what i can understand from the below guidelines from IBPS * The academic qualification of the scribe should be one grade lower than the stipulated eligibility criteria. * The scribe can be from any academic stream. The scribe should possess lesser marks than the candidate and not more than 60% marks in his own academic stream. Thanks in advance! Re: [AI] Regarding ARIA
Hi Bhavya, ARIA is the concept for the web developers to make the rich HTML content into well accessible. when the application is designed with ARIA concept then you should be able to access the application (there is no concept of downloading it) provided you are using the ARIA compatible screen reader version(in case of JAWS, it supports from 12). Hope it helps. Thankks.
