[AI] problem in kurzweil / Audio spooler

Hi accessindians!
   I am encountering a problem when i am trying to create MP3 files in 
kurzweil  the message is :AudioSpooler Application has encountered a problem 
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
After this error i am not able to create any audio files please suggest some 
remedies to this problem

#1 when i uninstall and reinstall the software the same problem exists
