There is a phrase in hindi saying 
‘PRATIYAKSH KO PRAMAN KI ZAROORAT NAHI ‘
This phrase is perfectly suitable for radio udaan as per the situation  . But 
even there are few people who need proofs: 
   Here you can find a title of ‘First Radio Station  managed and broadcasted 
by Visually impaired  ‘ given by 
INDIA BOOK OF RECORDS
