Nils, Severance liability is material impact and I think they have included this basis our comments shared yesterday. Some leaders like Kahly and Mike Jayar do have specific clauses in their employment agreement relating to severance. . Severance calculations for both Kahly and Mike are not as per the clause mentioned in the agreement. I am checking for others and will need some time to circle bac on this please.
