You can do it by pressing alt + insert+ s, here you select the scheme name 
proof reading with attribute color and font. I think it will solve your 
problem.

Select a proofreading scheme in the scheme selection dialogue box. I, 
however, feel uneasy listening to a diferent voice reading the odd text like 
a bad prompter. I normally use the jaws keystroke insert+f to check the 
formatting attributes. You have to guess that there is a formatting feature 
applied, of course.


For selecting some text, use the f8 key. It will switch on the extended 
selection mode. Now you can use the arrow keys to select the text. When you 
are satisfied with the selection, execute the copy or cut command, then 
press f8 again to switch off the extended selection mode.
