I remember there were two articles which delved in detail in
explicating and unearthing census loopholes.
I am Providing citation here so that you can easily find these articles

really would be of great help if anybody of you could please let us
know, from where could we actually get these statistics regarding
educational and employment status of disabled in india. it would be
appreciable if the report about which mention was made in the previous
mail could be shared again.
