Re: [AI] immediate help needed in booking train tickets.

2011-04-21 Thread Srikanth Bolla
HI,
Thank you so much for your immediate response. I actually tried the sign
up link previously but it did not work. However I again tried after I read
your message. And it worked. One thing I wanted to let you know is there is
a captia in the end of registration form. They did not provide an audio
captia. Can someone on the list fight to make this site accessible? And
also, once I entered in to my account/plan my travel page, I could not enter
the date of travel. There is a calendar which is not accessible with JAWS. I
pressed enter on the date field but no use. Is there any way to get around
this? Finally, after entering all the details, it says train list could not
be retrieved. May I please know what to do? Thank you for your help.
Regards,

2011-04-21 Thread Srikanth Bolla
Dear members,
Another problem is once I log out, I am not able to login using the
password and user name. It says invalid user name or password even though I
am entering correct details. Any ideas on this please? Then what I did is, I
clicked on forgot password and got new password. Then I am able to login
using the new password. I did not see this problem on other sites. I oblige
if someone can help me. I am using this site during night in India. So is
there any chance that the server is down. Regards,

Dear all,
I figured out that it is only taking password for single login. And I am
not able to get the train list. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
