Dear list, All india Confederation of the blind VS IRCTC case has been listed for hearing on 27-11-2018 in the court of CCPD. Hence, I request to users of IRCTC website and its app, please let me know your poinvise remarks on accessibility issues. on which page are you facing a particular accessibility issue. e.g. filling user ID and password, filling station name, dates, any specific difficulties before or after login etc. I also request to please don't suggest like switching between screen readers and web browsers. our point should be that the website must be accessible across the screen readers and browsers like we use google, gmail or net banking websites etc. Please don't send queries like issuance of concession certificate, Railway ID card or blindness certificate. IRCTC don't deal on these matters. send your pointvise accessibility issues on IRCTC website and APP till evening of 24-11-2018 so I can easily compile and finalise the issues.
