Some days back Bhawani wrote that either udid number or form 10ia is compulsory for claiming exemption under section 80u. Can someone explain? I have both udid card and new disability certificate. Shall I have to visit the hospital again to get form 10ia signed by the medical officer? Medical officers feel disturbed to sign different types of certificates for the same person.
