Yes there is one hostel for blinds men working in Malvia Nagar in south Delhi, I don't know the exact address of tht hostel but in one or two days I will get detail of that hosel, I hope monthly one has to pay Rs.800/ including residence, lunch and dinner but I have heard the hostel is not clean and not properly mentained.
