Yes there is one hostel for blinds men working in Malvia Nagar in south Delhi, I don't know the exact address of tht hostel but in one or two days I will get detail of that hosel, I hope monthly one has to pay Rs.800/ including residence, lunch and dinner but I have heard the hostel is not clean and not properly mentained. Govind Puri is good place near Nehru Place in South Delhi, here the cost for rent of houses are also not so high, in range of Rs.3000/ one can get single room, and there are so many Dhabas for food, Govind Puri is exactly opposite to Nehru Place but but around Nehru Place the rent of single room is verymuch expensive.
