Hi Vishakha, If this happens for all websites, maybe your webvisum add-on is corrupt or disabled. I have run into this sometimes after a firefox update. Can you try removing and installing webvisum again? If this happens for only this one website, then probably webvisum isn't able to pick the captcha at all and your best bet is to reach out to the Website owners about it. I am assuming you are on the latest version of firefox. Dear friends!! I am looking for an alternative to Web visum to solve captia on the website of Income Tax Department.
