[AI] Another doubt in outlook!
Hi, I receive my ICICI bank statement by Email as an attachment. When I open the mail, the attachment does not show. A sighted user can enable a link and open the attachment. How can I using Jaws open the attachment? Any help would be welcome. Harish, We are talking of MS Outlook which tends to block certain pictures and attachments. There is link which jaws does not seem to read out and hence one cannot click on it to enable the function and thus the attachment appears. Well friends, I have found the solution. I just needed to select the sender and put him to my safe list and the attachment came through.
